Maria Mathilda is a mother at heart and soul. As a devoted parent of two daughters and former preschool teacher, she spent many years guiding young children in their first steps in life. At the age of fifty, she emigrated to the Netherlands, seeking a new beginning now that her daughters had left home to study.

With love and dedication, she now focuses on caring for and supporting the elderly, with a special interest in foot care and well-being. Her people-centered nature, social involvement, and life wisdom make her a valuable link within the foundation.
As treasurer of The Unlock Experience Foundation, Maria contributes to a foundation that is both solid and caring. Her story is an example of what the foundation stands for: that every stage in life, every story, and every generation matters, and that care, connection, and respect for our roots are essential values in building a collective future.
