Archel Kwidama is a Curaçaoan engineer and structural designer with years of experience in both the Netherlands and the Caribbean. His technical precision and solution-oriented mindset served him well in the construction sector, but over time, he felt a growing desire to do work with deeper social meaning.

Driven by his roots and the wish to make a sustainable impact on the island where he was born and raised, Archel joined The Unlock Experience Foundation. There, he brings together his analytical skills, vision, and heart for the community in a role where structure, strategy, and social engagement converge. As secretary, he supports the foundation in building bridges between technology, culture, and the future, both literally and figuratively.
